Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is hiring a Database Analyst professional supporting Patuxtent River Naval Air Station. As a self-starter, you will function as an operational specialist assisting database development and modification efforts. The Database Analyst will maintain data storage; assess database design; and gather, organize, and interpret statistical information based on the data in the database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience
- Experience with tactical datalinks on platforms such as military aircraft, command and control systems, or surface combatants
- Experience with tactical datalinks such as Link16, Variable Message Format (VMF), and IBS required
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of database design and construction.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science
- Operational experience may be used in place of education
Clearance
- Ability to Obtain DoD Security Clearance

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75000 to $85000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
