Summary of position-

The GRP Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for establishing a group revenue program (GRP) with operators to secure block charter agreements. In addition, you will support the organization by sourcing aircraft to meet the needs of an extensive list of current and prospective clients. This role requires expertise in aircraft types, performance, and limitations, as well as spanet pricing, to competitively position aircraft for proposals through the digital spanetplace platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

• Establish Guaranteed Revenue Program block charter agreements.
• Source aircraft for all incoming flight requests from the outside sales, large group charter, and Client Services teams.
• Find options for immediate charters and recovering AOG situations.
• Sign contracts for all off-fleet trips.
• Develop and maintain relationships with EAG’s preferred network of operators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve any issues in a timely fashion.
• Identify, analyze and manage appropriate safety requirements, data sources and enter findings into our proprietary system. 
• Conduct research, analysis, and prepare reports in support of safety investigations and other ad hoc analyses as assigned by the company. 
• Assist and support the department with vendor relationship tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-

• Proven charter sourcing & GRP experience 
• Proven aircraft and or fleet optimization experience 
• Ability to act as an ambassador of Elevate Jet.
• Commercial acumen – possesses proven experience of identifying commercially viable opportunities, planning, and negotiating favorable terms.
• A keen eye for detail that will enable you to move quickly while maintaining exact levels of accuracy in your work.
• Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask, while keeping up with high demand.
• Business aviation industry expert with network and connections.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Education & Experience-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5-7 years’ aviation brokerage experience, including experience with aircraft operations.

Schedule & Travel-

• Standard business hours are expected in this role, with the ability to work outside normal business hours and/or holidays as needed.
• Ability to travel as required up to 10.

Miscellaneous-

• FLSA Status- Full Time exempt.
• Lifting requirements- Up to 20lbs.
