Arconic is currently in search of HR Systems and Reporting Senior Analyst with fixed-term contract (maternity cover) to join our Resource Unit Team based in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

The HCM (Human Capital Management) data and reporting platform (Oracle Systems) at Arconic is a key to the advancement of our HR strategic roadmap. The HR Technology team is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all employee data stored in GPS (Global People Systems), our global HRIS system in the Oracle platform, while developing and supporting data-driven processes that can be securely managed within the system.
The HR Systems and Reporting Senior Analyst will act as a champion for the security of all employee data. They will lead and assist in identifying and developing process improvements, and support implementations activities, test system functionality, and interact with many employees, vendors, and contractors at multiple levels within the organization.
The HR Systems and Reporting Senior Analyst will respond to internal customer requests submitted through ServiceNow and engage with the HR Technology team to identify issues and follow the PMO (Program Management Office) process in the implementation of system enhancements and/or bug fixes.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead and Support HR Functional Areas Managed Through GPS: Own one and support as back-up to other tracks for the CoE in Employee Records, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Reporting and Analytics.
- Support System Upgrades and Other GPS Project Work: Support the implementation of quarterly system upgrades and CoE projects. Collaborate with end users within the organization to develop standardized work and consistently improve and streamline processes.
- Support Daily Monitoring Activities: Monitor functional area dashboards for data errors, resolve ServiceNow tickets as assigned, engage with our HR customers to train and guide when errors are made and advocate strongly for data accuracy and data privacy.
- Work Collaboratively with Internal and External Support Teams: Attend and host meetings on site and in virtual settings to communicate with and engage with key stakeholders to manage and support the successful outcome of assigned projects.
- Maintain Confidentiality: This role is responsible for maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and will become involved in audit activities, as the auditor and the one being audited. Due to a business need to know, you may be privy to sensitive information and will have global access to employee data with an administrative security role, therefore audit oversite is a consistent activity throughout the course of a calendar year.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years prior work experience analyzing data and problem solving.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management skills, data analysis methods, and strong work ethic.
- Strong skillset in the Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR practices.
- Can effectively communicate with internal and external customer groups, verbally and in written communications.
- 5 years’ experience in data analysis and problem solving within a cross-functional group.
- 2 years’ experience using data to influence strategic decisions.
- 1 year experience using Oracle HRIS.
