Job overview and responsibilities
The objective of this role is to perform data analysis around purchase orders, create supplier performance metrics and/or team metrics. Metrics will be used to guide work management processes, flag areas of improvement for suppliers, set team priorities, and shared with the Procurement team to ensure supplier performance is considered during sourcing and contracting. This role will also support any adhoc data requests within the team in both United States and IKC.
- Leads setting up work management systems and metrics. Uses metrics to drive continuous improvement of team and suppliers, as well as manage large scale projects both for engineering projects and inventory spares
- Uses data analytics to track and communicate supplier performance related to on time delivery, exceptions, system spares, and price changes
- Generates weekly supplier reports to communicate performance trends and areas of immediate support needed. Helps prioritize work as needed
- Uses data to flag areas of priority and manage work queues
- Supports daily production calls and relays information back to necessary parties to action on
- Able to generate executive level presentations to share progress
- Works to manage large supplier relationships and able to support recovery efforts through program management in partnership with failing suppliers

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Supply Chain, Engineering, Business
- 4+ years supply chain or related experience
- 2+ years data analytics experience
- Supplier management skills
- Data analytics
- Work management systems
- Foundry or equivalent software knowledge
- Knowledge of purchasing and sourcing processes
- Efficient with time and adaptable to changing priorities
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
