Raytheon has an opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Contracts who will seize the chance to immerse themselves with two talented teams to support the Global Hawk and Multi-Platform Radar Technology Insertion (MP-RTIP) sustainment programs.
What You Will Do
Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs)
Conduct proposal reviews and coordination
Participate in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements.
Support program management and execution reviews
Provide general contract administration support
Ensure coordination with the customer program team
Liaison between internal and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience with proposal development and/ or proposal support functions under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Experience in one or more of the following: change management, requests for equitable adjustments (REAs), engineering change proposals (ECPs), dispute resolution and/or negotiations
Qualifications We Prefer
Good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, where prioritization is required to be effective
Proven record of responsiveness with strong time management and organization skills
Contractual acumen with proficiency in contracts fundamentals

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
