Requires proven experience
with PC based software such as

Experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting, with expertise in DAX for calculations and Power Query for data transformation and modeling
Knowledge of Access a plus.
Position Purpose:
Leads complex, cross functional engineering planning and scheduling efforts.
Serves as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert, influencing planning approaches, processes, and decisions within the Engineering organization.
Support engineering scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities. Support design teams meet engineering schedule.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Lead cross program, cross discipline and master engineering schedules .
- Define planning approaches, metrics, and best practices .
- Provide advanced analysis and guidance to engineering leadership .
- Drive improvements to planning processes, tools, and reporting methods .
- Mentor and develop analysts across multiple experience levels .
- Translate organizational objectives into executable engineering plans .
- Optimize tracking tools, reports, and data flows .
- Recommend schedule adjustments and process improvements .
Additional Functions:
- Support strategic planning initiatives .
- Participate in complex system or tool implementations as a technical lead .
Perform other duties as assigned.

- Advanced English listening, spoken and written.
