TS/SCI with PolygraphRaytheon (RTX) has an immediate opening for a temporary Enterprise Integration Engineer. The team works in a fast-paced environment and enables the integration of a large system of systems by planning and synchronizing integration plans across many external stakeholders. The program supports new and exciting missions, allowing its engineers visibility across an entire customer enterprise for each of these missions. The candidate will apply this knowledge of Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle, customer priorities, system dependencies, and analysis of segment development plans to provide thought leadership and influence others while driving successful integration activities. This position will be responsible for leading enterprise level working groups with ground and space segments to drive early integration of mission capabilities and identify opportunities to accelerate end-to-end mission thread integration in support of early discovery and risk reduction. The candidate will coordinate solution demo and enterprise test campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate ground/space and space/ground mission integration activities with applicable segments in support of solution demos and enterprise test campaign
- Coordinates/supports resolution of mission CONOPS gaps and provides COAs/recommendations to Thread Leads (customer) to address these gaps
- Briefs integration status, including risks/issues/gaps, to senior customer leadership
- Provides input on state of ground integration /readiness to support demos/enterprise test events, supporting test definition and guiding test focus to higher-risk interface
- Communicate status of mission integration activities with Thread Leads (customer) and program Acquisition Offices (AOs) to ensure alignment of system integration priorities
- Mediates resolution of technical/programmatic integration-related issues between ground and space segments
- Communicates with mission partners to understand needs/dependencies, develop strategies to address those needs with internal customers, and recommend solutions supporting cross-agency coordination
- Provides input on mission integration priorities for development of test automation supporting solution demos and enterprise tests
- Builds and maintains roadmaps identifying critical path to key mission milestones and risks requiring customer action
- Leverages Atlassian tools to generate metrics and reporting of integration progress and drive accountability from program teams
- Occasional travel may be required within CONUS (approximately quarterly)
Qualifications You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years
- prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
- Experience with Ground Systems Integration in Space or Intelligence domains
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments
- Active and transferable DOD TS/SCI clearance is required prior to starting date with ability to obtain SAP. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Previous participation in an enterprise test campaign
- Experience working on technical/software development activities on a large program
- Experience leading a technically diverse engineering team
- Experience influencing business decisions made by senior leadership
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program and customer management and individual contributors on the program team
