Role IntroductionReports to: Solution Lead / Senior Solution Lead
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality software applications that align with our business vision and goals. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, map, and document requirements into functional and technical specifications. Your contribution will ensure that development projects and enhancements are well-defined and executed effectively.
You will also be exposed to cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to influence the development of impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse business requirements and assess solution options from a system perspective
- Support solution design by contributing technical knowledge to ensure feasibility and alignment with business needs
- Convert and map requirements into clear, traceable functional and technical specifications
- Document and maintain requirement artefacts to support software development and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user stories and requirement documents
- Participate in hands-on implementation activities as required
- Review and provide feedback on development and implementation work from external vendors
- Oversee and ensure quality assurance of solution components to meet business and technical standards
- Work closely with other teams to drive innovation and integrated solutions
- Stay updated on business strategies, plans and industry trends to inform solution design
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in application development and support
- Experience in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning systems and system integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP and other accounting systems
- Exposure to AI and cloud-based projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Employee Compensation Ordinance is beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
- Effective decision-making skills using both logical and creative approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaborative relationships across teams
- Proficient in verbal and written communication and presentation in English and Cantonese
