TasksYour key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Perform and certify maintenance work in line with Type Rating (ATA Spec. 104 Level
- Ensure all tasks follow valid technical documentation, Iqmove updates, and EASA regulations
- Supervise MCM/MM-Int/MM2 technicians and manage maintenance operations per EASA standards
- Deputize for the Technical Manager during shifts, making urgent operational decisions
- Oversee station technical operations and coordinate with internal teams, crews, and external partners
- Manage flight handling to ensure safety, punctuality, and service quality
- Lead, instruct, and support team members, including onboarding and coaching
- Support budget planning and cost control with regional management
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

RequirementsTo thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- A-level education with several years of relevant experience
- EASA Part 66 B1.1/B2 (Level 3) with theoretical & practical training
- Passed EASA Part 145 Assessment and Part 66/145 MCT exams
- Strong business, IT, and basic accounting knowledge
- Fluent English required; German desirable
- Structured, independent working style; high sense of responsibility
- Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to instruct, motivate, and manage personnel
- Resilient; able to work under physical and mental pressure
- Valid driver’s license and passport; legal U.S. work permit
- Willingness to work shifts
