JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Billing Supervisor
Department: Powerplant Division
Reports To: Powerplant Materials Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor Billing Department personnel training requirements and make sure they stay current.
- Work with Customer Delegate and multi-level management.
- Monitor all Billing Summaries submitted to accounting department for both Part 121 and Part 145 and for invoicing Part 145 customers as dictated per contract.
- Maintain current files, records for Part 145 customers and their contracts, current and past billings, and update files as needed.
- Compile and report to accounting department various other statistical data as required.
- Monitor monthly revenue reported to accounting department as well as maintain running yearly revenue along with tracking account receivables for Oscoda revenue.
- Other duties as assigned by the Powerplant Materials Manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Billing is required to qualify for this position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.)
