Choice Aviation LLC is hiring for a seasoned Certified A&P Tech. to operate and manage the Ennis Montana Maintenance Department. This role is responsible for conducting maintenance and inspections on a multitude of general aviation aircraft while following company procedures and federal regulations.

Work experience in general aviation fixed wing aircraft and A&P license with Inspection Authorization are required for this position. A successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with strong communication, relationship building skills, great organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Airframe and Powerplant License Required

• Minimum 3 years experience Required
  • General Aviation Fixed Wing aircraft experience.  (Cessna, Beechcraft)
• Possess minimum tools and equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Move up to 10 pounds on a regular basis
• Move up to 35 pounds on an infrequent basis
• Work from ladders or work stands

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the shop work-flow, customer relations, invoicing, and release aircraft for service.
• Routine and regular inspections of aircraft, powerplant and propellers, 50 hour, 100 hour, annual, phase inspections
• Removal and replacements of components
• Light Sheet metal / composite repairs
• Oxygen system servicing
• Utilize electronic programs and databases
• Follow company procedures and policies
