PDS Tech is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Lincoln, NH.
If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and enjoy fixing equipment—not just watching it run—this is a strong opportunity.

Schedule Options
What You’ll Be DoingTroubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, and production equipment
Break down machinery and replace defective parts
Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running
Handle basic facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Use hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic skills daily
✅ What You NeedStrong mechanical troubleshooting experience
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing setting
Ability to work independently and on a team

Pay Details: $28.18 to $59.05 per hour
