Description
Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections on components and assemblies.
Verify conformance using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes).
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data packages.
Document nonconformances and support root‑cause investigations.
• Process Visual Inspection Daily and Maintain Records
• Process Materials and Documents per Mil-Spec, SOW or SCD
• Process Incoming and/or Outgoing Materials between Vendors and Customers
• Process Handling of Inventory Transactions
• Support Program Managers based upon QA/QC system operation
• Apply the latest QA/QC standards operation
• Generate Repair Orders for outside services (DPA. X-Ray, Re-life)
• Conduct manufacturer data and test report reviews
• Document issues, feedback or report issues to suppliers
Qualifications: Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection methodologies.
Proficiency with measurement tools and inspection equipment.
Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems.
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Skill needed: Experience with inspection using microscope, good dexterity and attention to detail. Experience with handling small electronic devices and practicing ESD controls.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
