Role IntroductionReports To: Employee Engagement Manager
As a delivery-focused individual and creative thinker, you will work with the Employee Engagement team to develop and execute engagement campaigns and events to improve the employee experience and drive engagement across our varied employee groups in our home base, Hong Kong, and globally. Your key focus will be to create a positive work environment in support of our business goals to in turn, influence customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Employee Engagement team to develop and execute our yearly calendar of engagement activities to elevate the employee experience
- Plan, execute and manage employee engagement campaigns and activities
- Play a key role in supporting, organising and implementing our leadership events and employee recognition programmes, including the annual Betsy Awards and Long Service Awards, and the Work Well Done programme for everyday recognition
- Assist in creating, planning and managing other engagement initiatives and events to support a positive culture and experience for our employees
- Develop relevant communications to support the storytelling and execution of engagement initiatives and events
- Support the Communications and Engagement Business Partnering team in planning and executing engagement activities and events
- Maintain clear communication and collaborate closely with the broader Internal Communications and Engagement team on projects, and contribute to a strong teamwork culture with a shared focus on delivering high quality outcomes against business objectives
- Serve as an advisor and provide support to other departments on engagement initiatives as needed
- Keep on top of the latest event and engagement trends, technologies and innovations in the employee experience space
- Prepare reports, analyse data and make recommendations based on actionable insights and undertake ad-hoc projects
Requirements- A degree holder with at least 5 years experience in communications, employee engagement, event or related roles
- Strong project management and event experience
- Experience designing and executing both large and small-scale business and social events
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write and develop multi-media content
- Good understanding of trends, tools and techniques that drive employee engagement and deliver great employee experiences
- Solid collaboration skills, vendor/agency management experience and budget management experience
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills; attention to detail with an eye for quality
- Self-motivator and proactive, ability to multi-task, deal with changes and work under pressure
- Strong customer service and team working skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Cantonese advantageous
