Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages the aircraft, engine, and components maintenance requirements.
- Monitors compliance of unscheduled tasks, aircraft deferred defects, Minimum Equipment List (MEL) items, and Short Term Escalations.
- Responsible for preparation of work packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and ensuring completeness of parts/tools/equipment needed for the project.
- Responsible for tracking maintenance and logistics statuses directly affecting assigned projects
- Receives Service Order from Customer Support Manager.
- Conducts “Launching Meeting” with corresponding concerned departments to start the project stated in Service Order and come up with commitment to the target scheduled of completion
- Receives possible technical report and parts requirement from Maintenance Engineer and forwarded to Customer Support Manager for costing and proposal to the Client.
- Coordinates and conducts progress meetings with concerned departments in order to identify the project status and problems of project delay.
- Submits progress report to Customer Support Manager for clients project status.
- Submits completed work done report to Customer Support Manager.
- Records and updates all aircraft documentations such as Aircraft Log Book, Individual Record Cards, Engine Log Book and other relevant maintenance records prior to customer acceptance including proper data archiving.
- Records and submits actual man-hour and overtime spent in the project to Customer Support Manager, Finance and HR Department.

Professional Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years related experience
