Description

JOB SUMMARY:

To clean a variety of aircraft parts and assemblies using different types of media.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working from shop routers, specifications and standard operation methods, plan and perform

operations necessary to assure maximum exposure to abrasive blasting operations.

• Operate a variety of abrasive blasting equipment and use hand tools such as pliers and wire

cutters.

• Responsible only for own work.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.

EXPERIENCE:

No experience required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Continuous exposure to several disagreeable elements such as noise, dust and heat.
