Performs a variety of administrative and technical assignments under general supervision. Operates a computer to update accounts and to prepare letters, memos, and reports. Make recommendations to improve business processes within functional department.

What you will be responsible for:
•    Maintains reports and performs administrative and technical duties which require a knowledge of the department, the facility, and the company along with current policies, practices, and procedures. 
•    Performs diversified duties including report preparation, data collection, and reconciliation reports and business and process documentation. 
•    Follow administrative processes within department and make recommendations to implement process improvements. 
•    May work on confidential or sensitive information, typically of a technical nature.
•    Establishes and maintains an appropriate filing system to receive needed materials quickly. 
•    Brings any unusual or difficult cases to supervisors attention. 
•    Possesses thorough knowledge of the departmental and Company policies and procedures. 
•    Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct; ensure adequate continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality; establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the company, and the community; maintains the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. 
•    All other duties as assigned.
 

Job Requirements:

What you need to be successful in this role:
•    This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
•    High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
•    Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English. 
•    Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training. 
•    Computer literate (Word, Excel, Access)
