Job Description:

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Analysis and definition, dimensioning of satellite navigation systems
 Support the implementation of the specified signal processing algorithms providing the necessary information for finite arithmetic implementation of the algorithms
 Define and develop firmware architectures.
 FPGA Design.
 Close collaboration with Software Firmware and Hardware development teams to drive products implementation and validate the performance during the AIT phases
 Contribute to the production of the relevant technical documentation in the frame of the various active projects
 Active technical role in the preparation of commercial proposals
JOB DESCRIPTION
Competences Education/Training:
 Strong academic background in Navigation Systems and
Signal Processing
 Knowledge of the FPGA devices and the correlated
programming languages (i.e. VHDL) and tools.
Experience:
 Firmware design and development
 Navigation system analysis and dimensioning
 System modelling and simulation in Matlab/Simulink
 Experience (3÷5 years min) possibly in space industry
Tool or product requirements:
 Excellent knowledge of Matlab SW tools for system
modelling is required
 Excellent knowledge of VHDL programming languages
 Excellent knowledge of FPGA simulating and design tools
Languages:
 Fluency in English is required for the position
