DescriptionWhat you’ll be doing:
The job profile is for an entry-level position in Human Resources, focusing on People Impact. It involves providing foundational understanding and handling routine assignments under the guidance of senior roles.
Key Accountabilities:
- People and Community Impact Strategy: Offering administrative and logistical event support, which can require pulling and pushing carts and cases weighing up to 60 pounds, lifting and moving heavy objects up to 30 pounds, and with occasional long days of walking and standing with set up and break down of United assets at events.
- Partnerships with External Organizations: Promoting internal efforts and United’s value proposition by managing materials, assets, and promotional items at events.
- Partnerships with Internal Stakeholders: Assisting internal programs and coordinating smaller events, while also providing administrative support to the event planners using team processes and tools.
- Brand Awareness: Participating in existing programming with supervision.
- Measure Effectiveness of Programs: Monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
QualificationsWhat you’ll need:
This role requires 0-2 years of HR or hiring event experience. This role may require up to 10 travel.

The base pay range for this role is $52,725.00 to $68,632.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
