Perform and interpret capability studies and MSA/GR&R; support SPC analysis using tools such as Minitab.
Coordinate problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis) for internal and customer quality issues.
Support internal and external quality audits (ISO 9001 or similar), including customer and supplier visits.
Manage non-conforming product and follow up on corrective actions and their effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or similar).
5+ years of experience in a similar quality role in manufacturing (automotive or related preferred).
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSA.
ISO 9001 internal auditor training.
Experience with statistical tools (preferably Minitab).
Intermediate–advanced English (written and spoken) to interact with customers, suppliers and other Parker divisions.
Proven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred
Green Belt certification with project experience.
Experience with OEM customers and Zero Defects initiatives.
