What You’ll DoAs a Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Ensure Accuracy & Quality
- Inspect incoming materials and verify all documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date inventory records in internal systems
- Prepare, clean, and handle parts according to quality standards
- Manage Inventory & Materials
- Receive and enter data into inventory databases with precision
- Locate, pull, and stage materials for inspection, storage, or shipment
- Consolidate and relocate inventory to maximize storage efficiency
- Support Shipping & Operations
- Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment following established procedures
- Perform physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality checks
- Promote a Safe, Organized Workplace
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
What You BringWe’re looking for candidates who are reliable, detail-focused, and ready to contribute:
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment
- Solid understanding of inventory processes and warehouse operations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Accurate typing and data entry abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Experience- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory databases
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and material handling processes
- Comfortable working a consistent second-shift schedule
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Work Environment & Schedule- Shift: Second Shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM)
- Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
- Overtime: Available based on business needs
You’ll work in a clean, organized warehouse environment handling aircraft parts, where safety, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. Daily tasks include movement throughout the facility, operating standard material handling equipment, and using computer systems to track and manage inventory.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
