Flight OperationsThe Flight Operations team includes aircraft pilots and pilot support.
Key Responsibilities:Instruct Pilots in Training on Aircraft Systems using classroom instruction and aircraft fixed based flight simulation training devices. Validate satisfactory completion of ground and various training modules. Take part in courseware development and any other training related duties as directed by the company.

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Must demonstrate ability to speak in public and convey information in an organized manner
- Must be able to describe and discuss complex technical ideas and operations
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple iOS platforms
- Must be able to complete administrative functions in conjunction with instructional duties in a timely manner
- Must be willing to work flexible hours ranging from 0400 to 0200, 7 days-a-week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
This position will be posted until July 25, 2025.
The MONTHLY compensation for this position is: $6,248.02.
Starting hourly rates are subject to the collective bargaining agreement.
Salary and benefits information is being included in this job posting in accordance with Colorado state law.
The starting rate for this role is $36.04.
This is also a bonus eligible position (i.e. profit sharing).
